Making Calls


There are 3 ways to make a call:

1. From the Handset

2. Via Speaker phone

3. Via Headset


For dialing a telephone Number


Pick up the handset or press the appropriate desired buttons to activate speaker phone or headset and dial the number to make a call.


For extension to extension calls.


Simply dial the extension or press the Line keys buttons


Transferring Calls


There are 3 ways to transfer calls:


        1. Blind Transfer - Transfer the Call directly to the recipient.

While on a call, simply press the desired extension showing in the line key buttons


       2. Attended Transfer - This transfer allows you to talk to the recipient prior to completing the transfer while the caller is on hold. While on call hit "Transfer" DIAL the extension and hit "Send" Speak to the recipient and complete the transfer by hitting "transfer"


       3. Transfer Directly to Voicemail - this transfers the caller directly to the recipient's voicemail. While on a call hit "Transfer" Press the number 7 and then press the desire Extension In the Line key buttons.


3 Way Conference


    While on a Call Press "Conference" (this will put the call on hold) Dial the number and hit "send" and speak with the recipient and press "Conference" to initiate a 3 way Conference


Putting Calls On hold


There are 2 ways to put calls on hold:


           1. Hold calls using the Phone's hold button and hit "resume" to resume calls


           2. Your Phone system is designed with call parking assigned in the Line Key Buttons. While on the call, Simply press the Line key Button Assigned for parking calls. (labels Line 1, Park 1, Hold 1) this will put a call on hold any with button will be able to unhold/unpark the call.


Accessing Voicemail


Dial 5001 or press the mail phone's mail button to access voicemail.

Dial 5000 to access another user's email - input user's extension and user's password.


Intercom per extension


This feature will work per extension only. To initiated intercom, dial *50 plus extension (*50101).
