- Log into the portal with Office Manager Extension
- https://portal.teamuptelecom.com/portal/
- U: ext@Domain (where ext is your extension number and Domain is you domain) P: Portal password (ChangeMe1-until you change it)
- https://portal.teamuptelecom.com/portal/
- Clink on Users
- Enter 500 in the "Enter name, extension or dept." field (if there is no extension 500 call Teamup Telecom Support)
- Click the Magnifying glass icon
- Click the Edit button and Select Answering Rules from the drop down menu
- Click Allow/Block button
- Enter the number under Blocked Numbers (no dashes or spaces)
- Click the + sign
- Click Done
