To set Holiday hours

    1. Log into the portal

• Go to https://portal.teamuptelecom.com/portal/
  • U: extnum@Domain P: portal password

    2. Click on Time Frames

   3. Click on Pencil (Edit) to the right of the Holiday time frame (if it does not exist, contact Support, call 888-383-9679  opt 2 or email support@teamuptelecom.com)

   4. Enter the beginning time and ending time

   5. Click Save

To record Holiday greeting (if used)

1. Dial the code for your holiday greeting from any phone (check your Phone Reference Guide or contact Support, call 888-383-9679 opt 2 or email support@teamuptelecom.com)
2. Record your new greeting at the beep and press # when done
3. Dial the extension for your holiday Auto Attendant (check your Phone Reference Guide or contact Support, call opt 2 or email support@teamuptelecom.com ) to listen
