Our system is customizable through the Portal. To access the Portal, We may require you to provide an E-mail so that we can send you a Welcome E-mail in where you can change the Password for the portal as well as the Softphone/Mobile and also your VM PIN.
Welcome E-mail for your Login Account and VM
As you can see, User is greeted and presented with a Login Username and also its Extension Number, with the Registered TN. If you need help regarding your TN please contact TeamUpTelecom for support so we can set up your TN.
Click the complete set up so you can change the password for the login and also for the VM.
Then you may proceed to login of your account using the given username.
