1. How to access my Voicemail?


Have you already created an account? or Requested for your E-mail as the recipient of your Voicemail?


If your answer is "NO"? Please do provide your E-mail, So that we can send you a welcome E-mail for you to change your PIN or set it up to receive Voicemail. 


Inform TeamUpTelecom Support to set up your E-mail/Create a Ticket.

Note: After Receiving Welcome E-mail Change your PIN,Please do remember your username and password, It will be used for Login.


You can access VM by E-mail, Portal, SIP-Phone/Physical Phone, Softphone "Native Mobile Application or Desktop Application".


  • By E-mail: You can check your E-mail if you have already registered your E-mail as the recipient of VM.

  • By Softphone: You need to download the application first, Link is posted below:

           Once installed, It's the same procedure with the SIP-Phone/Physical Phone. Since basically it's your phone but just accessed remotely/ through the cloud.


2. Setting up a Portal account to access VM?

3. How to access my Voicemail Remotely?


Basically you just need to have either a browser or a Softphone and E-mail.


  • Through a browser. You can login through the portal and access the VM.

  • Through a Softphone. You can follow the guide on how to access the VM using By SIP-Phone.


  • Through E-mail. If you have any means to access your E-mail, You can receive it when you already set it up as a recipient of your VM. If not, You can create a ticket to TeamUpTelecom Support to assist you regarding your problem.
